Figure + Phrase

In 2016, myself and Film & Animation course friend Dilek Osman formed a dance film collective called Figure + Phrase. The team expanded to include Paddy Webster, former dancer for RDC Youth, and composer Erica MacLeod, whose work has been performed worldwide.

We aim to combine the visual art of live-action and animation filmmaking with the choreographic form, exploring body and movement through line, shape, light and time.
